Overlooking the Brighton seafront, this historic hotel with modern interiors was built in 1890 and is a short walk from the i360 and Brighton Palace Pier.

The Royal Pavilion and the boutiques and bars of The Lanes are all within a half-mile.

Hotel amenities include an on-site health club (offering an indoor pool, gym, sauna, and steam room), room service and covered car parking. (EV charging is not available on-site but is available within 2kms.)

Delegates can park in the DoubleTree By Hilton Brighton Metropole's own covered car park (max 1.8m) in St Margarets Place (BN1 2FD) at a special discounted rate of £20 a day, reduced from £27.00 per day. (Note: EV charging is not available on-site but is available within 2kms.)

The restored dining room, 1890, offers beach views and daily breakfast.

The Metropole Bar serves daily afternoon tea and bottomless brunch, all-day dining and cocktails.

Indoor Pool & Fitness Center

There is a small 14-meter swimming pool and heated spa bath in the hotel's basement, part of an air conditioned health club with Qualified Personal Trainers on hand to give advice and a fully equipped gym packed with Precor equipment.

The cardio training range includes treadmills, cross trainers, rowers and Peloton bikes. There are also resistance training machines - such as the lat pull down, leg curl, smith machine and chest press - and a free weights area with dumbbell's, plate-loaded barbells, benches and more.

There is functional training kit here too for Met Con and HIIT workouts such as kettlebells, medicine balls, slam balls. TRX and foam rollers.
